The Playhouse in San Anselmo is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization, operating a venue for theatrical productions and performing arts. You don't have to open your wallet every time you want to support The Playhouse, sometimes your time, expertise or connections help exponentially. Volunteers Are Important
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. We are always looking for people like you to volunteer by sharing your talents and special skillsets. You can lend a hand with building maintenance and construction, technical theater, offer discounts on goods and services we use, share your connections at businesses or even volunteer at the concessions stand during performances.
Projects
We know your time is valuable. We want to respect that by reaching out to you when we have projects in progress. We are grateful for help when it is offered!
In 2023 we completed projects to repaint our exterior trim and protect the integrity of the building, upgrade the drapery around our upstage left deck area, upgraded our lighting and other small incremental and necessary maintenance.
